I was already fascinated by the potential of new business models during my master's thesis at university. Regardless of whether it's an ecosystem, a network approach, a new service, or a completely autonomous model: The aim is always to increase value. Often, value is impossible to measure (yet). However, the values of experience, innovation, culture, etc., are becoming increasingly important alongside monetary value.
Using the right tools for sustainable innovation
What I find particularly exciting about my job as a business developer are meetings with new thinkers. In a joint workshop, we break down business models into their parts, explore their essence, and put them back together again. Equipped with the right tools, this is fun and I always enjoy trying out new design tools and methods.
On the way to becoming a modular company
At Mindnow, we place particular emphasis on cutting-edge technologies and modular architectures. On the one hand, these technologies enable us to develop individual and modular solutions for our customers and partners. However, rarely a week goes by without us testing, evaluating, or rolling out some new tool.
