Plenio, the Job Matching Platform from Mindnow
Our spin-off Plenio is an AI-based matching platform that brings job seekers and employers together in a data-driven and precise manner. Users can create a profile in just a few minutes by uploading their CV or LinkedIn profile and immediately receive suitable job suggestions. Employers receive structured, comparable profiles and can make decisions faster thanks to targeted matching algorithms.

How it began: The challenge of the first CV ever
It was the year 2023. Jean-Paul, a creative free spirit and Mindnow’s Co-CEO at that time, needed a CV. But he had never created one before! Our motivated team built him an entire website that resonated well with its target audience. This sparked the idea: Could we develop a platform to help others, too?

We interviewed job seekers with diverse backgrounds. The common struggle: The beginning, with finding relevant jobs and creating application documents for the first time.
Employers
Some jobs receive up to 180 applications, often poorly formatted. There is no time to look at each one individually. Most of them are not a fit anyway. Frustrating!
Mismatch
Companies are overwhelmed with irrelevant applications, while job seekers spend countless hours polishing CVs for being ghosted. This mismatch wastes time on both sides.

With ML-based data extraction and LLM-supported semantic matching, Plenio automatically connects not only the top 3 %, but also the remaining 97 % of all candidates with suitable jobs – scalable, multilingual, and data-driven.
