Bio
As VP of Culture and HR, my main goal is simple - people’s happiness and satisfaction. I believe that when people feel valued, supported, and inspired, they can achieve incredible things together. At Mindnow, I feel genuinely appreciated and empowered to be both a mom and a businesswoman, which makes this place more than just a workplace for me - it’s a community that truly understands balance. I’m passionate about nurturing a culture where openness, creativity, and kindness win. A people person at heart, a former dancer and kickboxing fan, and someone who’ll never say no to a night at the theatre. If you’re curious about our culture and how we collaborate across countries and even continents while feeling like a united team, don’t hesitate to reach out to me.

Company culture
Our work at Mindnow is creative and it takes more than one person to act, talk, and make decisions. Effective communication is essential, especially within a team that is growing and doesn’t have the chance to meet colleagues in person so often. Our key to encouraging Minds to share knowledge is to give everyone the feeling that their opinion matters.
