Many different use cases, 1 tool: Cornèr Bank's B2B customer portal serves as a one-stop shop for business partners, financial intermediaries, and agencies. We gave it a remake so that users with their different use cases can all find their way around.

Requirements from different partners

Cornèr's B2B partners are very diverse and therefore had different requirements for the partner collaboration tool. From finance managers at SMEs to employees at credit card issuers to specialized budget managers. All their needs had to be reconciled in such a way that each of the many different functions would be easy to find.

User-friendly design concept

Our task was to clean up the functions, restructure them, and create a user-friendly design concept. Over the years, new functions had been added to the tool again and again, making some functions more difficult to find. Our goal was to break down the complexity. We took an iterative approach and were always guided by the results of our extensive user research.

User research, UX design, UI design

At Mindnow, we are particularly good at breaking down complex issues into all their component parts and reassembling them with the help of user research and UX design. The redesign of the client portal was really complex. But we didn't let up and went the extra mile until the product had really good usability.

Thus, we succeeded in developing a simple digital solution for Cornèr that is intuitive to navigate for all 5 different user groups. The identity of Cornèr runs like a red thread through all elements of the UI design. No matter which user group and which task – you always know where you are.

A convincing sales argument

In the new partner collaboration tool, users now find it much easier to reach their destination and generally find their way around more quickly. Visually, the portal is clearly attributable to Cornèr at every step, thus creating trust. For the B2B departments involved at Cornèr, the Partner Collaboration Tool has become a convincing sales argument for customer acquisition. Whether downloading a report or checking cash flow – the practical functions are easy to find and intuitive.
