Dermalogica was a strong retail brand in Switzerland, but its online store ran on outdated technology and merely mirrored the physical business. Difficult navigation and the absence of clear conversion funnels made meaningful tracking almost impossible.


Rather than a plug-and-play platform, we built a Progressive Web App with a decoupled backend and frontend and an offline-first approach, using the open-source Saleor framework proven in earlier e-commerce projects.
