HeadlinQ brings content, media monitoring, and distribution together in one system for the first time. At its core is a dynamic journalist database that keeps itself up to date from media data, automated crawling, and AI enrichment, paired with an AI that understands press releases and transparently suggests the right journalists. mindnow built the platform end to end, from the data pipeline to the product.

PR professionals juggle separate tools for contacts, distribution, and reporting, working off stale, static contact lists. The biggest pain point is the contact database: journalists change beats and outlets, lists rot, and picking the right people stays manual guesswork.

Contacts, distribution, and reporting used to live on separate platforms. HeadlinQ brings them into one system: find the right journalists, send the press release, and measure the impact, no tool switching, no data breaks.
«For the first time, HeadlinQ lets PR professionals use every tool that used to live on separate platforms in a single one, the right contacts, sending out the press release, and reporting. And the contact database is so strong that it beats everything else on the market.»
Benjamin Kolthoff · PUNKT PR
Instead of static lists with outdated data, HeadlinQ builds a dynamic journalist database: a continuous stream of media data, automated crawling, and AI enrichment keep the profiles current. Every new article extends what the system knows about a person's topics, tone, and recency.

HeadlinQ doesn't write text, it understands it: an uploaded press release is analyzed for topic, tone, and intent and matched to the most relevant journalists and outlets, with a transparent fit score that shows why. Recommendations are based on real coverage, not gut feeling.

«Current, reliable contact data is the foundation of successful PR. The way HeadlinQ turns our media data into a database that keeps itself up to date with AI takes everyday PR work to a new level.»
Micha Starke · Landau Media
In structured scope workshops with PUNKT PR and Landau Media, we defined a shared vision module by module, deliberately focusing on the journalist database as the USP.
Not the Rolls-Royce, but a working, complete data pipeline that proves the concept. Validate first, then iterate.
Extract a journalist's identity from an article, enrich and verify it via external services, assign a confidence level, and derive editorial focus, as a microservice that works for both media-sourced and manually uploaded contacts.
An intense build phase made the product testable by the end of 2025; then came fine-tuning, fit-score recalibration, and hardening, up to the market launch at OMR.
