The challenge.
ALIXEIGHT was a brand-new luxury concierge business that needed to become visible and reach its niche audience fast, and it needed a website flexible enough to keep pace with a rapidly growing portfolio of exclusive properties, all within an extremely tight timeframe.
When homeowners and travelers complement each other
Luxury homeowners leave their villas empty most of the year, while a certain kind of traveler craves privacy no mainstream platform can offer. ALIXEIGHT connects the two, pairing exclusive properties with guests and wrapping the stay in full concierge service.
How we opened the first door
When ALIXEIGHT was founded in early 2024, it needed a website that could grow with the business. Having worked with Alix before, we chose a headless setup on Storyblok to keep the brand scalable from day one.
The first product in just 4 weeks
We scoped a focused MVP and concentrated only on the essentials, taking the entire concept, design and development from idea to launch in a single four-week sprint.

A compact library of versatile, brand-safe building blocks lets ALIXEIGHT manage video, text and imagery without ever compromising the look and feel.

A custom, headless setup gives Alix full control to update and expand the site herself as her portfolio grows.

Server-side rendering for SEO
Next.js SSR prepares pages on the server for speed and search visibility, while heavy media loads client-side.

Automated, secure deployment
Code ships to the server over SSH on every change, going live instantly with no downtime and regular security checks.
Result
We built a headless site on Storyblok and Next.js, using a small set of highly customizable content blocks so Alix can update the site herself without touching the design. Server-side rendering keeps it fast and discoverable, and an automated deployment pipeline ships changes with zero downtime, the full MVP delivered in four weeks.
