We are looking for a UX Designer for our fast-growing UX team to collect and analyze data that will enhance the product design process.
Responsibilities
- Application of user-centered methods such as personas, user journeys, card sorting, rapid prototyping, usability testing
- Project scoping, basic project and stakeholder management
- Requirements management
- Working with software requirements (acceptance criteria) specification and creating design deliveries accordingly
- Planning and conducting basic research and competitor analysis for a project
- Creating concepts for games and mobile applications (we work mobile first in a lot of projects)
- Surface design, iconography and further development of corporate identities for our projects
- Collaboration with project managers, design managers, product owners, and developers on each project
- Presenting your design ideas and artifacts to clients and team members
Qualifications
- Advanced graphic design skills
- Proven work experience as a UX Designer
- Training/deep knowledge in the field of strategic and methodical work
- Expertise in Figma
- At least intermediate English language skills
Plus points
- Basic coding skills (e.g., HTML and SASS)
- Animation skills (e.g., Adobe After Effects)
- A scientific background in programming, research, psychology or interaction design
